Sgd8 Terms and Conditions – Complete Platform Usage Guide

This Terms and Conditions document ("Agreement") constitutes a legally binding contract between you ("User" or "Player") and sgd8 ("Platform", "We", or "sgd8"). This Agreement governs your access to and use of the website, mobile application, and all services provided by sgd8.

By completing the registration process, making your first deposit, or simply browsing the sgd8 website, you automatically agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. This agreement takes effect immediately and remains in force for as long as your account is active.

Identity Verification (KYC)

Sgd8 conducts a Know Your Customer (KYC) process as part of our commitment to security and compliance. You may be asked to submit the following documents at any time:

• Valid national ID or passport
• Proof of residential address (recent utility bill or bank statement)
• Verification document for the payment method used

Failure to complete the KYC process within the stipulated timeframe may result in temporary suspension or restrictions on the withdrawal function until verification is complete.

Deposit Limit

• Account inactivity for 12 consecutive months

In the event of account closure not involving any breach, valid funds remaining in the account will be returned to the player via the original payment method within 14 business days upon completion of identity verification.

Players may also choose to close their own account at any time by contacting customer support. A voluntary account closure does not affect the player's right to any remaining valid balance.

Sgd8 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these terms and conditions at any time. Players will be notified of material changes via their registered email at least 7 days before the changes take effect, unless an immediate change is required for legal compliance or security reasons.

This agreement is governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to sgd8's operating jurisdiction. Any disputes arising from this agreement will first be resolved through good-faith negotiations between both parties. If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation, the dispute will be referred to binding arbitration.

If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from the agreement as a whole, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
